The Master = masterpiece
Um. So.
It was all that I hoped it would be and more. Paul Thomas Anderson proves why he is my favorite director, once again. Beautiful sequences, shot beautifully. And, of course, the combined duo of Philip Seymour Hoffman and Joaquin Phoenix, who were both astonishingly good. Give them Oscars now. I don’t care how good “Lincoln” is and how much I love Daniel Day-Lewis, Joaquin is overdue.
It was a little weird, and a lot unsettling, and pretty oddly bromantic, but it was flawless. Haters to the left. I loved it. I’m going to go see it like, five more times.

…Ok, so I might have to wait until Saturday because of work, BUT STILL. This weekend. Ohhhhhhmaigawddddd.

Basically, I’m going to see this and I’m going to cry everywhere.
I just love Philip Seymour Hoffman, you guys. He is just flawless and great and I cannot deal with him being emotional because *I* will get emotional.
Ugh. Heartstrings = pulled.
