My hurr was looking good all day and now it’s kind of windswept but I’m still into it.

11 days.

HEY Y’ALL IT’S MY BIRTHDAY.

I’m alone in the office blasting Talking Heads.  I’m wearing my awesome new cardigan. It has elbow patches and I felt that it needed to be seen, hence the weird pose.

But yeah.  Birthday.

My favorite vol/intern just brought me this.

He said it was a birthday lobster even though my birthday isn’t until Monday.  Although obvi I don’t care, because ZOMG.

Right, so, CM is gone again.

Because he is hungover.

…If this job has taught me anything, it’s how NOT to act when I’m a CM/in a position of responsibility and importance.

Although really, I kind of prefer being alone in the office.  Less annoyances for me, and I can actually get things done and listen to MY music.

This is my reaction to the new Muse album leaking.

I expected it to be so bad.  It’s SO good.  I don’t even know what I was thinking.

“Panic Station” is what’s up, though, for real.

Why am I working on a Sunday?  By myself?  While CM is at a baseball game?  I need to stop doing this.

At least I’m streaming the new Aimee Mann.  It’s incredible.  So there’s that.

…But seriously, this house.  It’s gorgeous and a half.  They have a ballroom and a recording studio and I might never leave.

Total pretentiousness in the office today.

… And yes, that is a Wild Thing that I bought from the children’s department for myself.  Don’t even hate.
